The A Team started when Ed and Hova—former work besties—had an epiphany: the best people they'd ever worked with were... people they'd worked with before.

Looking at today's tech hiring mess (AI-generated resumes fooling AI filters, anyone?), they saw their chance. While recruiters drown in fake applications and accidentally filter out diverse talent, The A Team Project was born with a simple idea:

Skip the LinkedIn humble-brags and AI recruiting arms race. Instead, build an exclusive network where top tech talent refers top tech talent. Because the best people know the best people—and life's too short not to work with good people.
