The A Team started when Ed and Hova—former work besties—had an epiphany: the best people they'd ever worked with were... people they'd worked with before.
Looking at today's tech hiring mess (AI-generated resumes fooling AI filters, anyone?), they saw their chance. While recruiters drown in fake applications and accidentally filter out diverse talent, The A Team Project was born with a simple idea:
