Chippy, our human-centric AI, then helps match you with roles that actually fit, and job seekers never pay.

We combine those soft signals, like trust and culture fit, with hard data like skills and experience to build a living map of teams and opportunities. When a company is interested in you, we come to you first with the role details and company name.

Hiring got over-optimized: bots write resumes for bots to review, and the same few algorithms screen nearly everyone, so one rejection can echo across every employer at once. Stanford Digital Economy Lab researchers call this an algorithmic monoculture. Chippy is The A Team Project's human-centric AI job matchmaker and mascot. He's named after a brave little lost parrot who turned up at Hova's kitchen window while we were building the company, and who embodied the warmth and resiliency we wanted at the heart of our AI.

Ed and Hova, two former work besties who realized the best people they'd ever worked with were people they'd worked with before. Ed leads design, and Hova, who also co-founded the creative engineering studio Hova Labs, leads engineering.
