ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated August 12, 2026

The A Team Project is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor — however they browse the web — to be able to explore our work, meet the team, and use our tools with confidence. This statement describes how we approach accessibility, where we stand today, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. The A Team Project aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we build accessibility into how we design, develop, and review the site. Some parts of the site may not yet fully conform; where that is the case, we are actively working to fix it.

Measures we take to support accessibility

To make and keep The A Team Project accessible, we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks, with a "skip to main content" link, so assistive technologies can navigate each page.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, and hide purely decorative graphics from screen readers.
  • Associate every form field with a label so its purpose is announced to assistive technology.
  • Make all interactive controls fully operable with a keyboard.
  • Manage focus in dialogs and menus — moving focus in, keeping it inside, and returning it to where you were when they close.
  • Maintain readable color contrast in both light and dark themes, with visible focus indicators.
  • Keep the layout responsive so content reflows and stays usable when zoomed or on small screens.
  • Respect the operating system "reduce motion" setting for animations.
  • Offer the site in more than one language.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

The A Team Project is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge — on both desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice-recognition software. It may not work as well with older browsers that no longer receive security or standards updates.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of The A Team Project relies on the following technologies to work with your browser and any assistive technologies you use: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Third-party content

Some parts of our site rely on third-party services that we do not fully control — for example, signing in with LinkedIn, a bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile), and links to external websites. We choose accessible options where we can and offer alternatives when a third-party experience falls short. If a third-party feature blocks you, please contact us and we will help.

How we assess accessibility

We evaluate the accessibility of The A Team Project in the following ways:

  • Self-evaluation as we design and build features.
  • Manual keyboard-only testing of interactive flows.
  • Testing with screen readers and other assistive technology.
  • Reviewing pages against WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criteria.
  • Incorporating feedback from the people who use the site.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Embedded third-party widgets and challenges, whose accessibility we cannot fully control.
  • External links, which lead to sites whose accessibility we cannot guarantee.
  • Some older marketing graphics and downloadable files, which may not be fully tagged.

If you run into a barrier that isn't listed here, please tell us — your report helps us find and prioritize a fix.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of The A Team Project. If you encounter a barrier or have a suggestion, you can use the in-app feedback button on any page, or email us at contact@theateamproject.ai. We aim to respond within five business days.
